TERMS OF SERVICE

Process & Delivery

Commissioned work may take up to 18 days to complete following receipt of payment.I preform check-ins at each major stage- sketch, base colors, and final details.--------------------------------------Changes may be requested during check-ins following these guidelines: Structural changes (anatomy, posing, etc) may be requested during the sketching stage. Changes to colors and patterns may be requested during the coloring stage. Up to three rounds of changes are provided per commission with no extra charge.
'Rounds' are defined by the amount of times that I am going back in to rework your piece and completing a subsequent check-in, rather than the individual number of changes being made.
Changes requested after this limit will incur a $5 fee per additional round, as this adds extra time and energy spent on your commission outside of normal expectations. To avoid this, please ensure that you are:A) Providing adequate reference materials for desired colors/body type/expression/pose/etc.
B) Taking the time to give your piece a thorough look-over at each major check-in.
⚠ Complex changes may incur an additional fee in the event that multiple layers are affected to a significant degree- (an example of this would include changes requested to the anatomy or positioning of a character after lines and color have been added).--------------------------------------Upon completion, you will receive a high-quality png file via the email provided on your application form.If an alternate version of your commission is desired, please let me know prior to beginning work.--------------------------------------

Payment

Payment must be in USD.Commissions under $120 require payment in full before I begin work.
Commissions $120 and over are eligible for a payment plan.
Payment plans require an initial down-payment.
Subsequent payments must be scheduled before I begin work.
Payment will only be accepted via the Paypal invoice that I send you- please do not attempt to send money directly to my account.Unpaid slots will only be held for 48 hours after first contact attempt, unless otherwise agreed upon.⚠ Ghosting with zero follow-up will result in private blacklisting from future commissions, as this negatively impacts my workflow and takes time away from others waiting in queue.Amount paid is fully refundable before I begin working.
A cancellation and 80% refund may be requested during the sketching stage only.
If you are receiving a refund, do NOT request a Paypal chargeback. I will personally initiate a transfer back to you within 24 hours of your request.
Paypal chargebacks will result in blacklisting and public warning.

F.A.Q

Q: What art program do you use?
A: Clip Studio Paint!
Q: What brushes do you use?
A: The brushes that I most commonly use are the standard hard + soft airbrushes (for shading).
For lineart I mostly use a Sketch and Lining pen (content ID: 1796169 on CS assets).
Q: Do you accept Cash App/Venmo/etc.?
A: Not currently. Paypal invoice is the easiest way for me to keep track of orders as well as provide the client with an itemized receipt, and I prefer to keep all of my records in one place if possible.
Q: Can I reference/take inspiration from your work?
A: Of course!
As long as you aren't directly copying my work and/or the characters featured in my work then I have no issue with people learning/taking inspiration from my posts.
Q: Do you take 'artistic liberty' commissions?
A: I prefer not to take commissions with full artistic liberty as I like to have at least some idea of what my client is expecting from my work- I am happy to take more of a general idea and run with it though!
With that being said, please keep in mind that my rules for requesting changes will still apply.
Q: Do you do art trades?
A: Not currently- I will occasionally accept trades with mutuals only depending on my workload.
Q: Can I request a change to a previous commission that has already been completed and approved?
A: No- after a commission is fully completed and has passed final approval from the client, layers are flattened and changes may no longer be requested.
I may make exceptions to this in the event that a mistake was made on my part that was missed during final inspection, but this is up to my own discretion post- client approval.
Q: What should I do if I see someone using your work elsewhere online without your permission?
A: Please report them on whichever website you've found this- my ability to hunt down individuals using my artwork fraudulently is limited, and some sites make it difficult to interact with these posts without an established account. I've added stickies to my profile to help address this.
